How we got started
Ocala's construction boom meant contractors needed someone local who could answer the phone and show up the same day. We started with 40 units and grew because we kept that promise. Now we maintain a fleet of 350 portable toilets, 80 dumpsters and 12 restroom trailers. We work construction crews, event planners, property managers and homeowners across Ocala and out to Silver Springs 7.3 miles northeast, Lady Lake 24.3 miles southeast and Liberty Triangle 9.2 miles southwest.
Most of our jobs run weekly service cycles, one visit per week, which meets the baseline interval under the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 portable sanitation service standard. We empty tanks, restock paper and soap, and disinfect every unit. If a unit fails mid-week, we swap it same day. Our drivers are trained on ADA Standards section 213.2, which requires accessible units at construction and event sites. We keep delivery fees transparent and match competitor pricing on standard units and deluxe flushable models.
What we rent
A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. We stock them for daily, weekend and weekly rentals. Our deluxe flushable porta potties cost more but feel like a real bathroom. They're popular at weddings, festivals and corporate events.
For larger sites, restroom trailers are the upgrade. They run on a power pole or generator and handle 200+ people per day. ADA accessible units meet ADA Standards section 403.5.1, which mandates 36 inch minimum clear width on the entry route. We maintain roll-off dumpsters for construction debris and storage containers for tool lockup. A roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck.
Septic pumping keeps your tank working. A residential septic tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years, driven by tank size and household size. We also pump grease traps when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. For construction sites where crews apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities. Our handwashing stations come stocked with soap and towels under 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2).
Staffing and service
Our dispatch team works 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and takes emergency calls on weekends. We maintain our own fleet instead of buying used units, which means our toilets stay clean and our drivers can spot damage before it gets worse. Every driver carries a radio and knows the roads around Ocala, so they hit most weekly jobs in the same two-hour window each time. Customer calls go to a person, not a phone tree.
What if I need something same-day?
We keep 15 units staged at our lot ready for same-day dispatch. Call before 2 p.m. and we'll deliver and set up that afternoon. Weekend emergencies cost more but we take them. Check emergency porta potty rental for details.
Can you drop a unit in my driveway?
Yes if you have 60 feet of straight clearance and solid ground. If it's a tight spot, our driver will assess on the call. We can't guarantee placement in the public right of way without checking with the city first.
Do you service units during winter?
We service year-round. Cold weather doesn't stop us. If your tank freezes solid, we'll thaw it and swap the unit.
How many toilets does a construction site need?
OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) requires 1 toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer; 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 up. Call with your headcount and we'll size it.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel a weekly job with 48 hours' notice and you're charged for the current week only. Cancel a long-term monthly rental with 10 days' notice. Weekends have tighter rules because our schedule fills fast.
